[ed: looks like some good reading ahead--Betsy is referring to
a paper that you can find an earlier version of on the COMM-ORG
Working Papers site.]

From: Betsy Erbaugh <erbaugh at unm.edu>

I have an article coming out in Race, Gender & Class this coming
fall that jumps off from Randy and Susan's work on the
women-centered organizing model. It's entitled "Women's
Community Organizing and Identity Transformation." It focuses on
collective identity formation and individual identity
transformation in working-class community organizing in
Albuquerque. The lit review & bibliography might be helpful.
